Whats New : Shaping Tomorrow is organizing India's 2nd International Spring Event on Competition Regulation on 10-11 February, 2017. This upcoming event will comprise of :
Completed Event :International Workshop on Consumer Protection was organized jointly by Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur & Shaping Tomorrow under the aegis of Department of Consumer Affair, Government of India on 22nd and 23rd August, 2017.The participants in the workshop were distinguished delegates from the Department of Consumer Affairs (DoCA) and its associated offices (Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), National Test House (NTH), and Legal Metrology) as well as from other renowned institutions like Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Competition Commission of India (CCI), Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), National Consumer Helpline (NCH), IIM Kashipur, etc.
After these events, an International Round Table will be held on 13 February, 2017, as follows :

It was organized in partnership with IIM, Kashipur and the leading Indian law firm AZB & Partners, supported by Anupam Sanghi Regulatory Practices and LexisNexis. The event was widely acclaimed with participation of some of the top 5 international experts on competition law, apart from representatives of OECD and competition agencies of other jurisdictions. |

International Round Table on Competition Law Shaping Tomorrow organised an International Round Table on 6th february, 2016, to discuss various dimensions of competition law that seeks to maintain market competition by regulating anti-competitive conduct through public and private enforcement. The discussion was convened to realize the potential of competition regulation to enhance innovation, consumer welfare and economic growth. |
